Anthony Reynolds is the Chief Executive Officer of Altify. Prior to Altify, Anthony was the Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Anaplan. He also served as a General Manager and senior executive at SAP and Business Objects. He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge in England and a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in Canada. Anthony is on the Board of the Los Gatos and Saratoga Recreation, and is a Board Advisor to OpsPanda. He resides in Los Gatos, California and is married with two children.

Steven Birdsall | Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer | Radial

Steven Birdsall leads Radial’s client success, sales, marketing, and ecosystems teams. He is responsible for communicating the company’s vision, building lasting and profitable relationships with our clients, and strategically growing the global business. With over 20 years of experience in sales, general management, operations, marketing, and product development in enterprise software, SaaS, and digital media across virtually every enterprise and consumer market, Steven is uniquely qualified to lead Radial’s efforts to become the world’s premier provider of omnichannel commerce technology and operations solutions.

Prior to joining the Company, Steven was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Hearst Business Media. Prior to that he held numerous global and regional leadership roles with SAP, as GM across multiple business units including solution packaging, OEM, ByDesign, and Managed Cloud as a Service. He held chief operating officer roles in Asia and the Americas as well as regionally and globally. In addition to SAP, Steven’s experience also includes serving as the head of worldwide operations for Adobe Systems, Principal of the CRM practice for Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), and as the U.S. head of commercial sales for Diebold, Inc. Steven earned his MBA in General Management from Brigham Young University, and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Utah.

Doug Landis | Growth Partner | Emergence Capital

Prior to joining Emergence Doug spent 12+ years driving sales productivity & efficiency inside of the world’s top technology companies such as Box, Google and Salesforce.

Most recently Doug was the Chief Storyteller & VP of Sales Productivity at Box, a provider of content collaboration software with 1,500 employees and annual revenue run rate of #300 million. As the Chief Storyteller Doug was responsible for helping to change the way Box talked to and about their customers by infusing the voice of the customer in every aspect of the company.

As the former VP of Sales productivity at Box Doug was responsible for accelerating the performance of the global sales organization. Doug brings a wealth of experience in driving sales efficiency and excellence through the use of data and customer insights to help transform the way sales organizations scale, develop and engage with prospects and customers.

Doug received his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Oregon and when he’s not cheering on his Ducks you can find him on the tennis courts, the soccer pitch or in the cold bay area waters surfing big waves.

Lenore Lang | Vice President of Enterprise Sales | Quip at Salesforce 

Lenore is the Group Vice President for Enterprise Sales at Quip. She is an experienced Enterprise SaaS leader with a demonstrated history of working with emerging software companies. At Quip she is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to build and grow Quip's Enterprise business. Previously Lenore ran sales at Mixpanel and had various roles at New Relic and Hightail. 

Glenn Davis | Senior Vice President of Growth Execution and Client Engagement | Optum

Glenn Davis is the Senior Vice President of Growth Execution and Client Engagement at Optum. He is responsible for the planning for and execution of Optum’s Growth Agenda. His 30+ year career includes various roles growing global sales teams and large client relationships.

Previous to Optum, Mr. Davis was the growth leader at an Ann Arbor, Michigan-based firm, Statprobe, during a time of hyper growth (300% in a 2 year span).

During his time at Optum, he also built and led growth infrastructure projects and teams.  Mr. Davis’ teams launched the initial Salesforce.com deployment, built the Client Master Data Management Platforms, launched and developed the Client Planning Program at Optum, guided the development of the Net Promotor Score program at Optum, developed Optum’s first ever proposal organization, developed Optum’s first ever sales reporting program, and most recently launched Optum’s Edge Growth and Client Planning methodology.

Mr. Davis lives in Detroit with his wife Janine Davis, RN, and three children: Julia, Jacob and Madeline.  He is an avid and average golfer; loves physical fitness and enjoys motivational speaking.  Mr. and Mrs. Davis are actively involved in several small charitable organizations in Northern and Southern Michigan.

Jon Kondo | CEO & Co-founder | Opspanda

Jon brings over 30 years of sales experience to OpsPanda. Born in New York and raised in Southern CA. Jon credits his first salesmanship lessons back to a family friend who taught him how to better sell car wash tickets using value based selling.

Jon’s selling career has taken him from walking door-to-door, cold calling offices, to executive meetings in boardrooms all over the world. His proudest accomplishments are seeing the people he hired as reps and managers excel in their careers as sales leaders in leading companies.

He lives in San Carlos, CA and loves spending time with his wife, three daughters, and two dogs.
